Equipment used in the manufacturing of aerospace components must meet strict industry standards to ensure the performance and safety of products like airplanes, missiles, space vehicles, aircraft engines, and other related parts. Quickly supplies infrared heating elements for industrial ovens and thermal processing equipment to the aerospace industry for applications including annealing, curing, heat treating, and finishing. |
Agriculture and Livestock The agriculture industry farms crops and raises livestock to bring food to tables across the globe. In addition to food, the agricultural industry also supplies biofuel, medicinal plants, and other products used by people around the world. Farming equipment used in the agriculture industry is comprised of many components that go through thermal processing such as curing, annealing, finishing, and more. Quickly manufactures infrared drying elements for industrial ovens that are used for a variety of applications used on agriculture equipment. |
Automotive
Quickly manufactures IR Drying Elements for automotive industry ovens that are used for curing and heat treating various vehicle components. From the tires and door panels to engine components, most vehicle parts undergo some kind of thermal processing. Infrared emitters for the automotive industry ovens suit a variety of configurations including truck-in ovens and conveyor ovens which are used for a range of applications including tempering, annealing, heat-forming, curing, and finishing. |
Electronic Components
The electronics industry supplies the world with products that use semiconductors, circuit boards, printed circuit boards, and various other electronic components. Electronic components commonly require coatings to be cured on resistors, capacitors, and other components as well as thermal processing or heat-treating during the manufacturing process. Quickly supply conveyor ovens with IR heating elements which used for curing, finishing, testing, burn-in, and heat-treating electronic components. |
Plastic and Rubber
The rubber & plastics industry is extensive, including tires, bottles, plastic parts, and more. Rubber components go through a variety of processes during production including thermal processes such as curing. Plastic components require heat treatment processes such as annealing to improve ductility and prevent cracking of the material. Quickly manufactures infrared heaters for annealing ovens, curing ovens, and other equipment that serves the rubber and plastic industry.

Semiconductor
The most important reason to use infrared emitters preheat is to "heat the board, components, terminations, and other parts of the joint so that the final heating and soldering can proceed more fastly." By minimizing the exposure to the molten solder, damage to the components can be minimized as well. Using Quickly's fast response short wave infrared elements to heat the PCB, helps to activate the flux, improves solder joint quality, and reduces the risk of component thermal shock. |
Glass
Several glass processing activities require heat to produce quality glass products for commercial, residential, and industrial applications. In order to produce high-quality glass, many industries must accept several heating processes such as Screen Printing, Bending, Laminating, Annealing, and Drying Coating. we offer the right solution to meet your heating requirements effectively and efficiently. We have several types of infrared heating elements such as Standard Medium Wave Infrared Heaters and Fast Medium Wave Infrared Emitters that are used for the glass processing industry ovens parts. |
Textiles Textile manufacturing and processing involve lots of heating and drying. All these heating and drying systems requirements can be easily met by employing high-quality Infrared (IR) Heating Elements. Quickly, being an industry leader in IR technology has vast experience in designing and delivering highly-efficient customized infrared heating and drying emitters for most heat processing systems to its clients in the textile industry. Our Quartz Carbon Fiber IR Heaters help transfer high heat in a short time period and are designed to reduce energy consumption and lower production costs. |
Besides on above, Quickly supply custom quartz Infrared (IR) Lamps for all industrial and scientific applications, including flexo, silkscreen, graphic arts, garment printing, autobody, paint and paper drying, food warming, adhesive bonding, plastic forming, blow molding, inkjet drying, woodworking, other applications. We always meet or exceed original specifications, while saving you money. Plus you get:
Twin Tube Infrared Emitters (IR Lamps) |
Twin Tube IR lamps are made by fusing two single tubes together for higher output and greater mechanical stability. Both Short wave and Medium wave are available in a wide variety of configurations, where either one or both channels are heated, with the two wired in series or parallel, and with split filaments, to allow heating of the entire width or just a part of it. Twin tube lamps typically have a gold reflector to direct the heat toward the substrate.
We supply replacement twin-tube lamps for equipment by these and other manufacturers:

Short Wave Infrared (IR) Lamps |
Short wave lamps are characterized by short warm-up times and long life. They are available in a wide variety of voltages, wattages, and end caps, either in clear or translucent quartz and with or without a reflector. They emit light primarily between 780 - 1400nm.
Medium Wave Infrared (IR) Lamps |
Medium wave IR lamps emit IR in the range from 1400 - 3000nm. They are highly efficient but require longer times to reach full power than short wave lamps.
Carbon Fiber Infrared (IR) Lamps |
Carbon Fiber is a pure black body heating material. There is almost no visible light in the electro-thermal conversion process. It has the characteristics of rapid temperature rise, small thermal hysteresis, uniform heat generation, long heat radiation transmission distance and fast heat exchange rate.
