1. Screen printing drying and fast firing process
In the production process of solar cells, there will be a fast drying process after screen printing. The drying temperature is above 800~950℃. Conventional heaters cannot meet the requirements of fast and high temperature, while infrared lamp emitted short wave radiation can realize the heating and work requests.
2. Silicon based thin film deposition
The process of high-efficiency cells involves vacuum coating. Both TPC and HJT need to be dried quickly. The QUICKLY’s IR lamps can reach 230C degree temperature within 8 seconds.
3. Welding of conductive materials for solar cells
Tin is used as a conductor between solar cells during soldering, it need to be melted through high temperature heating , then can be covered to the screen printing grooves, and realize the internal circuit connecting of solar cells. Short wave IR lamps will be applied to such a heating process, because of the uniform and fast heating performance, the temperature difference can be controlled within ±5℃
