Design Concept and Significance of Infrared Heating Module
There may be some clients have such questions: "If we need IR heating module, what should we do? How should the lamps be layout, and what’s the benefit of using infrared heating lamps?".

When it comes to IR heating module, we must understand the following three points at the first time:
1. The working temperature required
2. The speed (the time to reach the target temperature or the belt moving speed)
3. The size of heated space

As we all know that infrared heating principle is that the heated object absorb the energy directly rather than heating the air to form a hot space to achieve the heating effect, the former heating way is more efficient.
There is another question, how should we avoid the occurrence of heat loss?
Heat loss can be minimized through design arrangements in the structure.
On the one hand, we can fill insulation cotton between the reflector and the shell to achieve thermal insulation effect. The main function of insulation cotton is to slow down the heat loss, thereby improving the heating efficiency; On the other hand, we can isolate the cold area of the lamp, put the heated object in the absolute heating area, so that the object can be heated as uniformly as possible.
For the layout of the lamps, we will design it according to distance, temperature, materials, time, etc. Adjusting the radiation angles of different types lamps, and arrange them evenly to make sure that the whole heated space is uniform heating. In order to ensure the current three-phase balance, usually the lamp design follows the principle of multiples of 3, so the real heating area will be slightly larger than the required heating area. For the heated objects in the assembly line, we mainly arrange the lamps evenly according to the flow speed of the objects to meet the heating temperature requirements of the objects. Therefore, the arrangement of the lamps is mainly related to the heating height, heating temperature, and movement speed of the object.
