Recently,Anhui Quickly got a heating processing request from a client,they need our help to design a special type IR Lamps for heating and sealing BOPP tape.
The products need Directed heating,fast heating but the limited heating area are the main factors.Given above,our R&D department designed professional drawings and tested them, and we produced this special shaped infrared heater. It is a twin tube IR emitter but with only one heating channel, the heated tape will pass through the empty channel tube in order to realize efficient heating, besides, the full gold coating will be utilized to get a higher working performance. Furthermore, we open a rectangular slot on the empty tube for convenient operation.
The client is satisfied with our provided heaters after trial, it solves their demands of fast heating demands, saves space, and at the same,production capacity improved.
